Let’s talk

How we work

A clear path from brief to delivery.

A practical process for website, marketing and merchandise projects: understand the task, agree the scope, develop the work and verify the result.

01

01 / Understand the business and the task

We start with the people you want to reach, the offer you want to explain and the change you want the project to make. A website rebuild needs existing pages and integrations. A campaign needs an offer and a way to handle enquiries. A merchandise brief needs an item, audience and production details.

  • Share what already exists and what should be preserved.
  • Define the primary audience and the next action.
  • Identify the people who can supply information and approve the work.
02

02 / Agree a scope that can be reviewed

The project is broken into concrete deliverables and stages. We discuss responsibilities, dependencies and the choices that affect the estimate. Content, artwork, access, third-party costs and logistics should be visible in that discussion.

  • Review the structure, deliverables and approval points.
  • Clarify what comes from your team and what comes from ours.
  • Agree the commercial scope before production or launch work.
03

03 / Develop the work with feedback

We turn the agreed direction into something you can assess: a page structure and design, a campaign and landing-page plan, or a product and artwork brief. Feedback is most useful when it is tied to the agreed audience and purpose.

  • Keep decisions and feedback connected to the brief.
  • Review actual content and materials, rather than placeholders.
  • Resolve missing information before it creates a launch or production risk.
04

04 / Verify and plan the handover

The checks follow the service. Website journeys and forms need to work, campaign destinations and measurement need review, and merchandise specifications and approval steps need to be clear. We discuss what happens after delivery and who owns the next actions.

  • Check the agreed deliverables and the main user journey.
  • Confirm the launch, delivery or handover arrangements.
  • Set out any ongoing support, review or maintenance responsibilities.
